Effective date: 7 October 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Posto+, a social media management service available at posto.plus and app.posto.plus (the “Service”). By creating an account, accepting an order or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service is provided by MPP Financial Services SE, Company ID (IČO) 013 83 841, with its registered office at Krymská 238/18, Vršovice, 101 00 Prague 10, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, file No. H 1088 (“Posto+”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Contact: [email protected].
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract. If you use the Service for a company, client or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that entity and to manage the social accounts and content you connect to the Service.
Posto+ allows users to connect supported social networks and, depending on the selected plan and available integrations, create, schedule, publish and manage content, collaborate in workspaces, review interactions and access analytics.
We may improve, change, add or remove features. Material changes that significantly reduce paid functionality will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible. We do not guarantee that every feature or third-party integration will remain available.
When you connect a social network, you authorise Posto+ to access and use the permissions and data made available through that network’s official authorisation process and API solely to provide the features you request. We do not require your social network password.
You must comply with the terms, policies and technical restrictions of every connected service. Social networks are independent third parties and may change, restrict or discontinue their APIs. We are not responsible for a social network’s acts, outages, review decisions, suspensions, content removals or API changes.
You may revoke access through Posto+ or the relevant social network. Revoking access may immediately disable related features.
You retain ownership of text, images, video, audio, messages and other content that you or your authorised users submit to the Service (“Customer Content”).
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, copy, process, transmit, format and display Customer Content only as necessary to operate, secure and improve the Service and to carry out your instructions, including publishing content to connected services. This licence ends when the content is deleted from our active systems, subject to limited retention in backups and legal requirements.
You represent that you have all permissions and rights necessary to use and publish Customer Content and that doing so does not violate law, third-party rights or the rules of a connected service. You are responsible for reviewing content, destinations, timing and permissions before publication.
You must not use the Service to:
We may remove content or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a violation, security risk, legal requirement or risk to the Service or third parties.
Some features may be free and others may require a paid plan. Current prices, billing periods, included limits and applicable taxes are shown before purchase or in an order agreed with you. You authorise us or our payment provider to charge the selected payment method for amounts due.
If a plan is described as recurring, it renews for the displayed billing period until cancelled. You can cancel future renewal through the available account or billing controls or by contacting us. Cancellation does not normally refund a billing period already started, except where required by law or expressly stated in the applicable offer.
We may change prices for a future billing period by giving reasonable advance notice. We may suspend paid features for overdue amounts after reasonable notice.
The Service, software, design, documentation, trademarks and all related intellectual property other than Customer Content belong to us or our licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Service during your account or subscription term.
If you provide feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation, but you are not required to provide feedback.
Our processing of account and website data is described in the Privacy Policy. When we process personal data contained in Customer Content or connected social accounts on your behalf, you are responsible for providing lawful instructions and required notices and for having an appropriate legal basis. Where required by applicable law, the parties will put appropriate data-processing terms in place.
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay amounts due, create a security or legal risk, or if continued provision becomes unlawful or technically impracticable. Where the issue can reasonably be remedied, we will normally provide notice and an opportunity to do so.
After termination, your right to use the Service ends. You should export any data you need before closure. Content already published to a social network is not deleted from that network when your Posto+ account is closed.
We aim to provide a reliable Service, but availability and publication depend partly on internet connectivity and third-party social networks. Scheduled content may fail or be delayed because of expired permissions, account restrictions, API limits, network outages, unsupported content or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, any particular business result, audience reach or continued availability of a third-party integration. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings. Our total aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees paid or payable for the Service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.
If you use the Service in the course of business, you will indemnify us against third-party claims and reasonable costs resulting from your unlawful Customer Content, your lack of required rights or permissions, or your material breach of Sections 5–7, except to the extent caused by our own breach or misconduct.
We may update these Terms for legal, security, technical or business reasons. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. We will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes where required. If you do not agree to a material change, you may stop using the Service and cancel future renewal before the change takes effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory jurisdiction or consumer protection rules that apply to you in your country of residence.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law. Consumers may also seek out-of-court resolution through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, Štěpánská 44, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic, coi.cz.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent, except where mandatory law permits otherwise. We may assign them in connection with a reorganisation or transfer of the Service, provided this does not reduce mandatory rights.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the selected plan or order and any applicable data-processing terms form the agreement governing the Service.
